You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, without giving a reason, and another 14 days to send the item back.

2. How to request a return

Write to info@barelleshop.com with your order number. We reply with the return address and instructions — please do not send a parcel before writing to us.

3. Condition of the item

Unused beyond what is needed to try it, complete with accessories and original packaging.

4. Who pays for shipping

• You changed your mind: return shipping is at your expense.
• Faulty, damaged or incorrect item: we pay for it.

5. Refunds

Within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method. How quickly it appears then depends on your bank.

6. Items that cannot be returned

For hygiene reasons, sealed items opened after delivery — unless faulty.
