These Terms govern the use of barelleshop.com and every order placed through it. By placing an order you accept them in full.

2. The contract between us

Your order is an offer to buy. The acknowledgement email confirms we received it but does not conclude the contract: the contract is formed when we send the dispatch confirmation.

We may refuse or cancel an order if the item is unavailable, if the price was clearly wrong, or if we cannot verify the payment — refunding in full anything already charged.

3. Products

Descriptions and images are indicative. Small differences in colour or finish are not defects, and stated dimensions carry a normal manufacturing tolerance.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in euro and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs, if any, are shown before you confirm. Payment is taken at the time of the order.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery normally takes 7-12 working days from dispatch. Times may vary for reasons outside our control. You receive a tracking code as soon as the parcel leaves.

6. Cancellation and returns

As a consumer you have 14 days from delivery to cancel without giving a reason, by writing to info@barelleshop.com, then 14 days to send the item back unused and in its original packaging. We refund within 14 days of receiving it.

Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

7. Faulty or incorrect items

Write to us within 14 days with photos: we arrange a replacement or a full refund, return shipping included.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation.

9. Intellectual property

Text, images, trademarks and graphics belong to BIG TRADE EST EOOD or their respective owners and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Liability

Nothing here limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, nor any statutory consumer right. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the order.

11. Governing law

Bulgarian law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence. The European ODR platform is available for disputes.
